Dealextreme does not deliver and customer service does not answer!

I have ordered products in January.
To date (March 5th) I did not receive them. I have tried for about a month to get in touch with the customer service.
These are not responding and make it very complicated/impossible to get in touch with; they request the order ID to be given; but when already a complaint was sent, one has to wait till that first complaint is processed, which never happens
This is not the first time that I have such problems with the Dealextreme Customer Service. That is also the reason why I buy so little from them.
They are very unreliable and dishonest.
I strongly advice against using this company.
